This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.154 of 2025, dated 7.1.2025, wherein,the respondents 1 to 5 herein are directed to consider the representation of th Petitioner within three months, is not complied with.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the order of this Court as aforesaid has been complied with. A communication of the fifth respondent, dated 05.02.2026 is produced to that effect.

4.Recording the above said submission and compliance, the Contempt Petition is closed.
