PRAYER :- H1-G.To direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of detenue namely Evanchelin Riyashini, W/o.Dhas Berose, aged about 26 years before this Hon`ble Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

This petition has been filed complaining that the wife of the petitioner who is aged about 26 years has been missing on and from 24.09.2025. In this connection, the husbad has given a complaint on 16.10.2025 which had been acknowledged in CSR.No.231 of 2025. Even earlier we are informed that the detenue/wife of the petitioner had given a complaint on 20.09.2025 for which CSR.No.221 of 2025. Both CSR have been registered by the second respondent police.

2. The detenue had been produced today. She has a series of complaints against the conduct of the petitioner herein. She also complained that the child is in the custody of the petitioner. She is not willing to go with the petitioner. She has found employment at Coimbatore.

3. The issue relating to the child can be examined only by the appropriate forum by appropriate proceedings. Since the detenue is not under unlawful confinement, no further order is required. The detenue has stated that she has no connection whatsoever with the third respondent.
