ORDER
The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit the petitioner did not co-operate for the enquiry; that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry; and that thereafter, the respondent police shall take an appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2025.
3. Recording the submission, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for enquiry. Thereafter, the respondent police shall consider the petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2025 and take suitable action in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 2/4
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
