..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the respondents 3 to 5 to return the original title deeds which was deposited by the petitioner in connection with Document No. 163/2016 dated 19.01.2016 and Document No.1831 of 2018 dated 31.10.2018.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the respondents 3 to 5 to return the original title deeds which were deposited by the petitioner in connection with Document No.163/2016 dated 19.01.2016 and Document No.1831/2018 dated 31.10.2018.

2. This Court is of the view that the writ petition, as such, is not maintainable. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that a representation in this regard has been made by the petitioner to the second respondent.

3. In view of the same, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
