PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to provide the copy of Revision Petition dated 17.07.2025 preferred by the 2nd respondent to the petitioner before proceeding further with the enquiry pending in Na.Ka.No.D1/2261/2025, in respect of properties comprised in S.Nos.108/1, 108/2 and 108/3, situated at Unjampatty village, Theni Taluk, Theni District. ORDER

By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to provide a copy of revision petition dated 17.07.2025.

2.At the hearing, after accepting notice for the first respondent, learned Government Advocate has provided a copy of the revision petition filed by the second respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a reasonable opportunity to file objections in relation thereto. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- a)The petitioner is permitted to file objections to the revision petition along with supporting documents within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and b)Upon consideration thereof and after providing a reasonable opportunity to the revision petitioner and the petitioner herein, a speaking order shall be issued within three months from the date of receipt of objections from the petitioner. No costs.
