This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 10 days in preferring the appeal as against the award made in M.C.O.P.No.121 of 2023, dated 5.6.2025, on the file of subordinate Judge, Musiri and take the appeal into file. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
