This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 15.11.2023 under the criminal law in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon`ble Supreme Court of India in the case of LalitaKumari Vs.Government of Uttar Pradesh and Ors. reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner is pending.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to enquire the above said complaint and conclude the same, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties, within week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
