ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in H.M.O.P.No.139 of 2022 dated 12.07.2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sattur. 1/4

2.The matter was already referred to the Mediation Centre. But, there was no settlement between the parties before the Mediation Centre. But wife did not agree for reunion. They have decided to separate mutually.

3.In view of the settlement reached between the parties, now the matter has become infructuous. Let the terms of agreement shall form part of the order. With regard to the maintenance amount and other settlement the husband agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the child alone as one time settlement. The wife has not demanded any maintenance amount from the husband.

4.Accordingly, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
