ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that only on reasonable ground, registration was refused.

2.If that be so, the respondent is directed to issue refusal check slip containing appropriate reasons to the petitioner. This shall be done by the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereupon, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
