ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the registered Deed of Cancellation of Settlement No.1043/2013 dated 27.09.2013, unilaterally cancelling the Settlement Deed registered in Doc.No.628/2007 dated 05.06.2007 on the file of the 2nd respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2023.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2023 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
