Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants proper guideline value to be assigned for the petition mentioned property. The second respondent is the authority competent to do so. The petitioner has already given an application before the second respondent. The second respondent shall conduct an enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
