This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18304 of 2023, dated 31.10.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Esplanade Police Station, Chennai on the first day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am., until further orders. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
