When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly submitted that the case in C.C. No. 209 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Thanjavur Taluk, Thanjavur District has been disposed of with acquittal.

2. With the above submission, the Suo Motu TR (MD) No.15511 of 2025 stands closed.
