ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed to issue a direction to the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur to expedite the trial of the case in CC No.334/2022 within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the case is of the year 2022. Eventhough, final report was filed and taken cognizance in the year 2022, there is no progress.

3. There shall be a direction to the trial Court to refer the matter to the mediation centre for exploring settlement between the parties, before the commencement of the trial process. If it is not settled between the parties, trial court is directed to complete the trial within a period of five months thereafter.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
