This petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.6 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayankudi, Sivagangai District and quash the alternation report, dated 18.03.2013.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2013, the 1st respondent police has filed a charge sheet in S.C.No.98 of 2014 before the concerned court. 3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed.
