This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioners. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that during the pendency of this petition, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre attached to this Bench. However mediation failed. In view of the pendency of this petition, the respondent police has not concluded the enquiry.

3.The respondent police is not supposed to keep the petition/enquiry pending for more than four weeks. The petitioners and the private 2/5

respondent are directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent police is expected to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
