ORDER

(1)After hearing the matter at length, when the Court was about to dismiss the petition as meritless, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the application and also prayed that an early date may be fixed for the disposal of the criminal appeal as the records are already before this Court in a connected appeal filed by one of the co-accused. The learned counsel also made an endorsement in the petition seeking withdrawal.

(2)In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

(3)The date is fixed on 23.03.2026 for final hearing of the Criminal Appeal.
