This petition is filed to call for the records relating to the summons, dated 22.05.2013 issued by the 2nd respondent, in connection with complaint No.SB/011928/13/36 and quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint received by the respondents police, the petitioner was only called for enquiry and petition enquiry conducted and subsequently, it was closed.

The 2nd respondent police is directed to furnish the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
