PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conclude the inquiry by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 23.11.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conclude the inquiry by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 23.11.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a complaint was given by the petitioner stating that after conducting proper survey, boundary stone was also fixed. But, that was removed by the private respondents, over which, the petitioner sent the complaint.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner is pending. 2/4

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to enquire the above said complaint, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties, within week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
