2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Nallaiah, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, this petitioner appeared and gave an undertaking that he will settle the issue on or before 15.12.2023. Thereafter, this petition has been filed stating that the petitioner has been harassed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the above said statement was recorded under force and coercion by the second respondent Police.

4. Whatever it may be, the above said complaint was closed, based upon the above undertaking given by the petitioner. There is no harassment to the petitioner.

5. With the above said, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
