ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the 1st respondent not to accept the Form-VII submitted by the respondents 2 to 4 in respect of the petitioner's Devangar Mahajana Sabai (Registration No.27/2011) situated at Chinnalapatti, Athur Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2025."

The petitioner has sent a representation to the 1st respondent on 18.09.2025 requesting to pass an order rejection the Form-VII submitted by the respondents 2,3 and 4 on the ground that the executive members were not elected in accordance with the bye-laws of the society, and to appoint an Election Officer to conduct the elections for the executive members of Chinnalampatti Devanga Mahaja Sabai. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.09.2025 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and all the parties arrayed in the Form - VII and giving them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that while considering the representation, the 1st respondent shall take into consideration the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)No.15319 of 2025 dated 06.06.2025 and W.P(MD)No.20654 of 2025, dated 30.07.2025.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
