2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioner. Due to health condition of the petitioner, he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD). No.5552 of 2020 dated 03.06.2020.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 03.06.2020 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated.
