PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 15.12.2023. O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 15.12.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) would submit that there is no complaint and no case is pending against the petitioner. Further, absolutely there is no harassment made upon the petitioner.

3. The third respondent Police is present before this Court and stated that when he was on routine patrol duty, there was excess emission of smoke come from the premises of the petitioner. So, he advised the petitioner to control the emission of smoke. Except that there is no harassment.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
