2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.57 of 2023, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 353, 323, 506(i) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the case was registered on 18.02.2023, so far no progress is made in this case.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that within 3 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned court. He would also submit that there is case in counter case.

4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in this case as well as in the counter case by following proper procedure and file a final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. 22.12.2023 2/4
