ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed directing the third Respondent to comply the order passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Sengottai in Crime No.4939 of 2023 dated 31.10.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a closure report had been filed and a copy was served on the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Respondents are directed to furnish the closure report to the petitioner within two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. To the query of this Court, whether any document available with the second respondent regarding serving of the closure report on the petitioner, he submitted that it is not available.
