O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct survey measurement to fix four boundaries to petitioner's land measuring an extent of 14.65 Acres in S.No.50/1, Nattathi Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Tuticorin District and consequently mutate revenue records including individual Patta in Petitioners name by considering petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2024 based on the order in D1/R.P.2/11 to 4/11 (Land Reforms) dated-8-2012 passed by the 1st respondent in pursuant to the communication issued by the 3rd respondent in Oo.Mu(M1)2170018/2024 dated 12.07.2024, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner submitted an application to the respondents on 15.06.2024 for survey and fix the boundaries of the property of the petitioner. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of both the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
5. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.06.2024 and survey and demarcate the land of the petitioner, after consideration of the claims of both the parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 3/5
of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are rival claims, the said issues can be agitated before the civil Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
