The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to implead the proposed respondent as second respondent in Crl.M.P(MD)No.13887 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.1071 of 2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and also perused the records.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. After making amendment, notice is ordered to the newly impleaded second respondent returnable by 28.10.2025. Private Notice is also permitted.

4.Post the matter on 28.10.2025.
