ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced copy of the letter, dated 20.12.2023 issued by the Tahsildar, Kalkulam. It reads as follows:
"In this scenario, the annual festival of the Dharga is going to be held on next month between 13.01.2024 to 27.01.2024. In this regard some requisitions came to the District administration to conduct the annual festival duly constituting the festival committee as usual in every year. In considering the existing rival parties in the Dharga, a meeting was called for 2/5
on 19.12.2023 under the chairmanship of the District Collector duly inviting both the parties and the Wakf Board officials and after having detailed discussions with both the parties, consensus arrived for constituting 10 members festival committee and concluded the meeting with a direction to start the festival works immediately by the Committee members under the supervision of District Administration. I submit herewith the minutes of the meeting with reference No. C3/1031451/2023 dated 20.12.2023 for kind perusal."
3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
