ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is a purchaser of the petition mentioned property. The sale deed dated 29.06.2016 was executed in his favour. It is presented for registration and the registration formalities were also completed. The petitioner states that he had remitted the necessary stamp duty and registration charges and there is nothing to be paid from his end. The grievance of the petitioner is that the document is still being withheld by the second respondent. The respondents are directed to release the petition mentioned document to the petitioner. If there is any other impediment, the petitioner will be duly notified. This exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
