ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to conduct the enquiry based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 23.11.2023. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a similar complaint was given and based on the same, an FIR came to be registered in Crime No.3 of 2024 on 06.01.2024 and the case is now under investigation by the third respondent police.
