ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The petitioner wants the first respondent to cancel the petition mentioned gift deed. The petitioner is invoking Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908.

3.The first respondent is directed to keep the petitioner's complaint pending and take a call after the Hon'ble Larger Bench decides the issue. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
