O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action based on petitioner's complaint dated 20.07.2023 and 13.12.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. A representation that was made by the petitioner dated 13.12.2023 to enquire his complaint, dated 20.07.2023 and proceed in accordance with law. The issue involved is Neo Max's Sister concern company RECARIO PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED, over which, a case in Crime No.3 of 2023 was registered by the second respondent herein.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, now investigation is under way. During the course of investigation, if the petitioner give some informations, which are available with him to the second respondent, he can very well do that. So, the petitioner can appear before the second responent and give statement. So that, further investigation may be undertaken on that line.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the second respondent will consider the petitioner's representation during the course of investigation.

5. In view of the above said undertaking, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
