This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 12.10.2022 and 12.12.2022 and consequently directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct proper enquiry and take appropriate action in pursuance of the Petition No.299/2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the above said complaint be immediately disposed of. Since it appears that it is money dispute between the parties, so this 2/4
petition cannot be entertained at the instance of the petitioner.
4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
