O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.6 to 11 to provide protection to the petitioner and her husband and family members of the petitioner's husband from the hands of the respondents No.12 and 13 and their henchmen by constituting complaint cell in Madurai and Thanjavur District based on the direction of the Hon'ble Madras High Court, in the order, dated 13.04.2016 in W.P.No.26991 of 2014 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was 3/6

undertaken in CSR No.852 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and the private respondents gave a statement that they will not make any trouble to the petitioner and her husband also. Further, the private respondents were advised not to make any trouble to the petitioner and her family members.

3. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. If any trouble arises in future, at the hands of the private respondents, the petitioner can very well maintain a proper petition before the competent authority.
