The above petition is filed to order substituted service of notice to the fifth respondent by way of publishing the notice in any one of the local daily Tamil Newspaper in C.M.A.(MD)No.741 of 2022.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. Records perused.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the fifth respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Trichy Edition, indicating the next date of hearing as 02.04.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 23.03.2026.

5. Post the matter on 02.04.2026.
