O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to give suitable instruction to the second respondent to take action on petitioner's complaint in CSR.No.1323, dated 22.10.2020 within the time prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint through online before the second respondent for misplacing of his original registered will Document No.2/004, dated 09.02.2004

4. Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry ensuring that the said documents have not been deposited for any purpose, following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate 2/4

proceedings, if not satisfied.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
