ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 21.07.2023 and 25.09.2023 and consequently direct the respondents to properly fix his scale of pay on part with his batch mates with continuity of service and to award all the monetary benefits attached with petitioner's employment by considering his seniority. 2/5
2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader has circulated the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 19.01.2024 in which the petitioner's salary has been fixed.
3. In view of the same, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is intended to withdraw the writ petition and made an endorsement to that effect. The said submission is recorded.
4. Hence, this Court is hereby permitted the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of the 3rd respondent dated 19.01.2024.
