Heard both sides.

2.The second petitioner herein executed sale deed dated 20.06.2025 in favour of the first petitioner conveying the petition mentioned property. The document was presented for registration. Citing the bar set out in Section 22-A of the Registration Act, registration was refused. Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed. 3.The purchaser through his counsel informs the Court that what is being purchased is only a piece of agricultural land. It is further undertaken by the purchaser that the land will be converted as a house site only after getting permission from the competent authority. The specific undertaking given by the writ petitioners is that no housing development will take place without getting proper approval. 4.Recording the stand of the writ petitioners, the impugned refusal check slip is quashed and the writ petition is allowed. The parties are permitted to re-present the document. It shall be registered and released 2/4

subject to fulfilment of other usual formalities. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
