Mr.S.C.Herold Singh COMMON ORDER The instant writ petition has been filed by the Secondary Grade Teacher seeking a Mandamus as against the School Management and Education Authorities to present the salary bill without any deduction on the ground that audit objections have already been cleared. 2.Pending the writ petition, a report was filed by the third respondent to the effect that the audit objection had already been cleared. 3.In view of the above said facts, the respondents are directed to present the salary bill of the writ petitioner for the subsequent months also without any deduction or without any reference to the audit objection. 4/6

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 5.In view of the above said order, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
