Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to implement the order passed by the respondent in Procs No.051/PR20/2017CAS dated 23.11.2017 with all attendant and other benefits by considering the petitioners representation dated 23.06.2025 within the time that may be stipulated by this Honble court and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to implement the order passed by the respondent in Procs No.051/PR20/2017CAS dated 23.11.2017 with all attendant and other benefits by considering the petitioners representation dated 23.06.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 23.06.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
