O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) The detenue had been secured. She has been handed over to the custody of the petitioner/husband. The mother is also present. Incidently, she is the sister of the petitioner. The second respondent may take an appropriate decision with respect to FIR in Crime No.679 of 2025, registered on 03.10.2025 under the caption "woman missing", in view of the fact that, the detenue had now been secured by them.
