This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct the enquiry based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 27.07.2023. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 27.07.2023, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.P4/422/DCB/TUT/2023 and the same was closed on 04.12.2023. 2/4

3.Recording the above, this Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
