ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's lands were acquired under the provisions of the National Highways Act, 1956. The petitioner was paid compensation. The petitioner seeks enhancement. The first respondent is now seized of the matter for the past one year.

3.The first respondent is directed to conclude the proceedings and pass an award on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
