ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 25.09.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation was considered and rejected as it disclosed only a civil dispute and that suit in O.S.No.103 of 2023 filed by the petitioner is pending before the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, would submit that the petitioner has obtained an interim order of injunction from the civil court against the respondent 3 and 4 on 08.04.20/24. 4.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the view that 2/4

if it is the petitioner's case that the private respondents have violated the interim injunction, it is for him to approach the civil court in the manner known to law for compliance of the said order and the Respondents cannot interfere in such a dispute.

5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
