O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner, under the guise of enquiry on the alleged complaint given by the 5th respondent, which is purely a civil dispute.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.162 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, finding that it is a civil issue between the parties, it was closed on 21.12.2023, advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this matter has become infructuous. 2/4

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
