This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.1 and 2 to consider the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.10.2023, and to take action on petitioner's complaint and to take action.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner is pending.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since it is a sale transaction issue between the parties, let the complaint given by the petitioner be closed, within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
