2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that since O.S.No.363 of 2004 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Manapparai had been disposed of, the decision on releasing the document in question will be taken by the second respondent within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
