PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.13552 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.OP.(MD)No.13552 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP(MD)No.13552 of 2/4

2025 on 14.08.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners 2 and 3 in CRL.OP.(MD)No.13552 of 2025 on 14.08.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioners 2 and 3 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation". As far as the first petitioner is concerned, ''the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days on Monday at about 10.30a.m., until further orders.''
