Heard both sides.

2. Sale deed dated 07.09.2015 was executed in favour of the writ petitioner. The document was presented for registration. Invoking Section 22-A of the Registration Act, registration was refused. Challenging the stand of the registering authority, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner through his counsel submitted that without getting approval from the competent authority, no housing or any other activities will take place in the petition-mentioned land. The said undertaking is recorded. Subject to the same, the impugned demand notice is quashed. The parties are permitted to re-present the document and it shall be registered and released subject to fulfilment of the other usual formalities. This writ petition stands allowed.
