ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 11.09.2013, 06.10.2022 and 08.06.2023 submitted by the petitioner and grant suitable appointment on compassionate grounds under the applicable Government orders and rules within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief that has been sought for, without entering upon the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
